DIDYMOS Babywearing Courses
DIDYMOS babywearing courses are especially suited to sling newbies. Our regular courses give you an opportunity to try out different carrying positions under professional instruction. “It’s great to see parents quickly putting aside their initial reservations and having fun with babywearing,” says Anna Hoffmann, Manager of the DIDYMOS brick and mortar store and Trainer of DIDYMOS babywearing instructors. In Babywearing Course A, experienced babywearing instructors explain the key elements of babywearing and what makes a good baby carrier. They also show you different ways of fastening the carriers across your stomach, which you can then try out for yourself there and then.
In Babywearing Course B, you practice together the different ways of carrying on your hip and your back.
Please bring your own sling if you have one, as you can then practice specifically with your own carrier. If you don’t have one, we can provide practice slings. We also have a quiet side room to allow you to bring another person with you to look after your little ones.

Want to become a DIDYMOS babywearing instructor?
As well as medical professionals, we also train up private individuals as professional DIDYMOS babywearing instructors in the space of three days. Using a healthy combination of theory and practice, trained babywearing instructor Anna Hoffmann and IBCLC and EFNB-certified paediatric nurse Eva Vogelgesang teach you all you need to know about the topic of babywearing.

Duration: 3 days, day one begins at 4.00 pm, day three ends at 4.00 pm
