Who we are: DIDYMOS

Beginning with one woman, the DIDYMOS team has grown slowly but steadily over the years. Managing Director Tina Hoffmann favours a cooperative relationship with her staff: “We all want to achieve a healthy work-life balance. A number of our staff are parents or look after family members at home. For all our enthusiasm about the company and our ideas, we always take this into account.”

In addition to flexible working hours, the mix of young trainees and experienced professionals has proved particularly effective. DIDYMOS staff have their roots in a whole range of cultures and between them have a wide range of mother tongues besides German. They’re able to use these skills on a daily basis in the company. Tina Hoffmann: “We want to create an environment in which each individual has the opportunity to contribute his or her strengths and at the same time learn from the others.”
