Even before the birth of our first child, we knew we would like to use a carrier. And so, from the beginning, we wore our baby in irregular intervals and then little by little during our daily walks. Mini enjoyed being carried, but didn't necessarily get to rest and also seemed to feel that being tied up was a rather disruptive interruption to play.
When we were given the opportunity to test a product as part of the brand ambassador programme for Didymos, we were eager to try something other than a baby wrap, while not compromising the soft feel and comfortable fanned out sling panels. With the DidyTai - a classic Mei Tai or Meh Dai - we got the perfect combination of a quick-to-put-on carrier made from great wrap fabric. Mini quickly felt very comfortable in it, sitting perfectly when carried in front tummy-to-tummy and on our hip - and suddenly she fell asleep! From then on, carrying her to sleep became a regular ritual, but now more on our backs. This is also no problem with the DidyTai and our child continues to sleep after being put down.
